Rice fields

A bag of rice feeds a family for a month.A rice field feeds a village forever.

Every bag we distribute matters. But bags run out. Fields don’t. Rice field development is how we move from hunger relief to hunger elimination, building permanent food infrastructure in the communities that need it most.

Aid stops when the trucks stop.Harvests don't.

Most hunger programs are built around delivery. Food comes in from outside, gets distributed, and when the funding dries up, so does the food. We’ve seen it happen. Communities become dependent on a supply chain they don’t control and can’t sustain.

A Feeding Asia rice field is different. Once planted, it belongs to the community. It’s tended by local farmers. It produces three harvests a year. And it will still be feeding families long after we’re not needed anymore.

We don’t want communities to need us forever. We want to plant something that outlasts us.

“Relief feeds people today. Infrastructure feeds people for generations. We're not here to run a food drive. We're here to make food drives unnecessary.”
Jack Jensz Jr., Founder

When we grow the harvest,we grow the economy.

Every harvest from a Feeding Asia rice field does more than fill stomachs. It builds a local economy. A percentage feeds the village directly. A percentage pays fair wages to the trained farmers who work the land, creating real, sustainable income in the community.

One harvest, two outcomes: food on the table and wages in hand.
